Built on the Krafted™ System

1. Overview

By purchasing from Krafted Labs™, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the Krafted™ system, a proprietary ecommerce store deployment system.

2. Service Description

Krafted Labs provides a done-for-you ecommerce store build service using its internal Krafted™ system.

This includes:

Store creation
Product loading
Supplier configuration
Store delivery

Krafted Labs does NOT:

operate your business
generate traffic
guarantee results

3. Digital Service Acknowledgement

You acknowledge:

This is a custom digital service
Work begins immediately upon purchase
Services cannot be returned once initiated

4. No Earnings Guarantee

We make no guarantees of income, sales, or profitability. All results depend on your actions.

We make no guarantees regarding:

income
sales
profitability

5. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

Running your store
Marketing and traffic
Shopify account management
Compliance with laws

6. Payments

All purchases are final unless refund conditions are met
Payment authorizes immediate service execution
Fraudulent disputes will be contested

7. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

Filing an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of this agreement and will be contested.

You agree:

Not to file unjustified chargebacks
That doing so constitutes breach of agreement

We reserve the right to:

submit evidence
dispute chargebacks
pursue recovery

8. Intellectual Property

All Krafted™ systems, frameworks, and processes remain property of Krafted Labs.

You receive:

a store

NOT:

ownership of the system

9. Limitation of Liability

Krafted Labs is not liable for lost profits, business failure, or indirect damages of any kind.

We are not liable for:

lost profits
business failure
indirect damages

10. Termination

We may refuse or terminate service if:

abuse occurs
fraud is suspected
terms are violated

11. Disputes

All disputes are governed under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
